Refund policy

At North + Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns subject to the terms below.


Return Eligibility
Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Condition: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Exceptions: We generally do not accept returns on items that show clear signs of use, assembly, or modification.


Fees & Shipping Costs
Restocking Fee: No fee. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at hello@northandluxe.com with your Order Number and reason for the return.
2. Our support team will review your request and provide you with the correct return address.
3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier.


Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs, if applicable) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or bank account.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@northandluxe.com with photos of the issue. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.
