Shipping policy

 

The timeline. Every piece is made to order. Your order is confirmed and placed into production within 1 to 2 business days, and the build itself takes about a week. Freight, customs and final delivery bring most orders to your door within 6 to 8 weeks of the order date; some routes run 8 to 10 weeks. Your confirmed delivery window is emailed within 2 business days of ordering, and we hold it.

 

What it costs. Free standard shipping on every order to Canada and the United States.

 

Duties and taxes. United States: duties are included in the price, nothing owed at the door. Canada: taxes are calculated at checkout.

 

Tracking. You receive tracking the moment your order ships. Ocean and customs legs update less frequently; that is normal, and your delivery window stands.

 

Delivery. Door-to-door service to your main entrance or lobby. Inside placement and assembly are available in the Greater Toronto Area; ask us when ordering.

 

Receiving your order. Inspect the piece at delivery. If anything is off, note it with the delivery team and email photos to hello@northandluxe.com within 48 hours. Damage in transit is ours to fix, at no cost to you.

 

If we run late. If your order has not reached you within 12 weeks of the date you placed it, our Returns policy gives you the right to cancel for a full refund.
