Handling Time: 0-5 business days (Monday - Friday).
Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM EST (Toronto Time).

Delivery Timelines
We value transparency. Due to the curated nature of our furniture and to offer you the best pricing, some items are shipped directly from our international partners.

USA & Canada: 35-50 Business Days (Standard Ground Shipping).
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, or weather conditions.

Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Free on all orders shipped to the United States and Canada.
Duties & Taxes:
United States: Duties are included in the price. No additional fees at delivery.
Canada: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please note that for international shipments, tracking updates may take a few days to appear in the carrier's system while the item clears customs.

Delivery Method
All shipments are delivered via standard door-to-door service. For apartments, condos, and office buildings, delivery is to the main entrance or lobby. Inside delivery and assembly are not included unless explicitly stated.
