Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

• Canada

• United States (continental U.S. only)

Excluded Locations

We do not ship to:

• Alaska

• Hawaii

• Puerto Rico

• Nunavut

• P.O. Boxes

• APO/FPO addresses

If your address is considered remote or outside standard carrier delivery zones, we may contact you prior to shipment if alternative arrangements or additional time is required.

Shipping Cost

• Free standard shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States

• No minimum purchase required

• No additional shipping charges at checkout unless otherwise stated

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped according to the timelines below. These estimates include order handling, preparation, and carrier transit.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

• Canada: approximately 35–45 business days

• United States: approximately 35-45 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Order Handling / Processing

• Orders are typically confirmed within 0-5 business days 

• Order cutoff: By 2 PM EST

• Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be modified or cancelled

Delivery Method

All shipments are delivered via standard door-to-door service.

• Residential addresses: delivery to the front door

• Apartments, condominiums, offices, or multi-unit buildings:delivery to the main entrance or lobby

Inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, white-glove service, assembly, or packaging removal are not included unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

You may also track your order at any time through our Order Tracking page using:

• Your order number

• The email address used at checkout

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Canada: applicable taxes are calculated at checkout

• United States: duties or import fees (if applicable) are included unless otherwise stated

Delivery Delays & Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

North + Luxe is not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather events

• Customs or border processing

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
