An open frame at one end, a grounded block at the other: Arden rests on that contrast. The frame is a slim dark grey loop beneath the walnut-tone top. The floor shows through it. The block is the return, set lower than the top and turning a door and three drawers toward the chair. Between the two, this L-shaped executive desk keeps an open, vented bay for the computer.

Every product page states its fulfillment mode and an estimated ship date, and that is the promise we hold. Pieces ship by freight: standard freight arrives in 45 to 55 days and is included for every address in Canada and the United States. US addresses can choose priority freight at checkout, arriving in 30 to 40 days for an additional USD 250.
Delivery is curbside freight on a crated pallet. For US orders, duties and import fees are included in the price. In the Greater Toronto Area we can refer trusted installers; email hello@northandluxe.com.

Orders ship flat-packed on a crated pallet, with pre-drilled panels, numbered hardware and printed instructions. Typical assembly is 45 to 90 minutes for two people with a screwdriver and the included hex keys.
Installation guides can be emailed in advance on request, and in the Greater Toronto Area we can refer trusted installers.
Warranty

Three years from delivery, backed by us and honored from our Concord showroom. Frames, panels, mechanisms, surfaces and upholstery are covered against manufacturing defects. No asterisks.

Returns
Returns
Pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. You arrange and pay the return freight; there is no restocking fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days of inspection.
Custom pieces, made to a size or colour you request, are final sale, but they are covered by our three-year warranty. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we make it right.
