Assembly

Orders ship flat-packed on a crated pallet, with pre-drilled panels, numbered hardware and printed instructions. Typical assembly is 45 to 90 minutes for two people with a screwdriver and the included hex keys. Email us for the instruction sheet in advance if you want to prepare the room; in the Greater Toronto Area we can refer trusted installers.

Care

Wood-look and laminate surfaces: wipe with a damp cloth. No solvents, no polish. Ring marks lift with mild soap and water.

Upholstery: dust weekly and keep it out of direct afternoon sun. For bouclé and fabric, vacuum with a soft brush head; blot spills, never rub.

Stone-look and sintered tops: a daily wipe-down is enough. Use trivets under anything hot.

Hardware

Hinges and slides are adjustable. If a door drifts out of line after a season, two turns of a screwdriver fix it; the instruction sheet shows where. Every piece carries our three-year warranty, so if anything fails in that window, that is our problem, not yours.
