Shipping & Delivery
How your order ships
Every piece is available to order in the sizes and finishes shown on its product page, and shipped by freight. Each product page shows an estimated ship date and an estimated delivery window before you add it to your cart.
Custom sizes, colours or configurations are made on request: contact us by form, phone or email and we will work from your measurements, drawings or our catalogues. Custom pieces are final sale.
Where your order ships from
North Luxe pieces are built by our production partners outside North America and arrive by international freight. We handle export, customs and delivery, and duties and import fees are included on every order to the US and Canada. Pieces we hold in Concord, Ontario ship from there, and we tell you when we confirm your order. Prefer to collect? Pickup in Concord is available for selected items, by arrangement and subject to availability.
Freight and cost
- Standard freight: arrives in 45 to 55 days from your order. Included on every order to Canada and the United States.
- Priority freight (US addresses only): arrives in 30 to 40 days for an additional USD 250, chosen at checkout.
Duties and taxes
Duties and import fees are included for the US and Canada. Nothing is collected at delivery. Sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Delivery day
Delivery is curbside freight: a crated pallet to your door. Plan for two people to move and assemble the piece; typical assembly is 45 to 90 minutes with the included hex keys. In the Greater Toronto Area we can refer trusted installers.
Receiving your order
Inspect the piece at delivery. If anything is off, note it with the delivery team and email photos to hello@northandluxe.com within 48 hours. Damage in transit is ours to fix, at no cost to you.
If we run late
If your order has not reached you within 14 weeks of the date you placed it, you may cancel at any point after for a full refund. If the consumer law that applies to you gives an earlier right to cancel, that right applies.
When an order is late, we first check with the carrier and tell you what we find. If tracking shows your order is on its way, you can choose to wait for it or to cancel. If you cancel while it is in transit, we ask the carrier to return it, and your full refund is issued once the carrier confirms the return or the loss, and always within the time consumer law where you live allows (in Ontario, 15 days after you cancel). If the delivery reaches you after you cancel, you may refuse it, or keep it and we will treat the order as delivered instead of refunded. You never pay for an order you do not receive.
